Training and Consulting for
Entrepreneurs and Managers from China

The Organiser

The organiser and responsible for the training is the Bulgarian Association for Management Development and Entrepreneurship (BAMDE), comprising Bulgarian universities and business schools, leading in the fields of training and consulting in management and entrepreneurship.

BAMDE has rich experience in training of entrepreneurs and managers gained in the frames of big training and consulting projects together with London Business School, Copenhagen Business School, SDA Bocconi's School of Management, Erasmus University, Rotterdam and leading consulting companies as KPMG.

As a result of this cooperation BAMDE has significant number of internationally prepared trainers and consultants. BAMDE took part also in training of Master degree students and academic entrepreneurs from USA (Miami, Florida) and San Luis Potosi, Mexico as well as of managers from Italcementi Group – one of leading trans-national companies for cement production.

Training Objective

To introduce the participants to the business specifics and the management in European Union (EU) and particularly in the Central and Eastern European countries (CEEC). Along with this the participants investigate the opportunities for business with countries from this region. Moreover, the participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the country and to establish useful business contacts with branch chambers, employers, organizations and potential partners.

Target group (participants)

Entrepreneurs, owners and managers of Chinese companies doing business or intending to do business with EU countries and specifically with CEEC. The course will be of particular use for owners and managers of Chinese companies planning to grow by internationalization of their activity, developing the necessary competitive advantages.

Entry requirement

Knowledge of English and/or Russian language. The course could be organized in one of the both languages or with simultaneous use of both languages.

Training process / Training programme  

We offer different variants of training depending on the needs and possibilities of the participants who have to select the variant in advance.

Main variant

Two-week course (ten days training and four days meetings and excursions. Business meetings will be organized during the training days).
